Mr. Wiehler has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, business management, acquisition and finance, and served as Vice President and co-owner of the family business in Connecticut. His duties there included facilities management for a commercial strip mall and 20 apartment units, as well as managing restaurant operations. In Seattle, Mr. Wiehler obtained certification as a home inspector and used this knowledge to facilitate buying and selling over two dozen properties in the last three years. Mr. Wiehler has also been involved in several multifamily apartment acquisitions in Huntsville, AL along with Mr. Ballard and Mrs. Glocker.

Mr. Wiehler is the Asset Manager. His responsibilities include overseeing management and marketing activities, He will also be actively involved in the identification, acquisition and due diligence process of candidate properties.

Mr. Wiehler has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. He is a Certified Home Inspector, a member of the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound and a member of the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound.
