Mr. Ballard has extensive financial, managerial and executive experience from his 15 year corporate career as a CFO and CEO of several successful companies that he either founded or purchased, and in some cases, sold.

Since 2004, he has been an active real estate investor and has been involved in the purchase and renovation of over 20 financially stressed, single family residences which were subsequently sold for a profit. He has successfully structured the purchase of three multi-family projects in the Huntsville, Alabama market which are performing admirably for their investors. Mr. Ballard and some of his deals have been highlighted in the New York Times, Seattle Times, and Forbes.com. Mr. Ballard is also in demand as a speaker and panelist on a number of syndication and multi-family topics.

Mr. Ballard serves as president of Quantum Acquisitions. His responsibilities include acquisitions, disposition and analysis of properties, banking, finance as well as overall strategy and management. Mr. Ballard’s business experience includes:

Mr. Ballard has an MBA with concentrations in Economics, Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago. In addition, he has Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Central Washington University. He is a former Marine (1979-1982) and is on the Board of Directors for the North Seattle Community College Education Fund, serving as the Treasurer. Mr Ballard is married, with 4 children;
