Quantum Acquisitions, LLC (also referred to as Quantum) is a Seattle, Washington based real estate investment company. Launched in 2008, Quantum provides investment opportunities to qualified investors through the acquisition, management and disposition of multi-family housing units throughout the United States.

Our primary strategy is to acquire cash flowing, multi-family C-grade properties in B areas for less than the cost of replacement. We implement strategies to increase operational performance and value and then refinance or sell within 3-7 years for an anticipated return of 18% to 25% IRR for our investors.
